Perform fast, general express vehicle maintenance (oil/filter changes, tire mounting/balancing, fluid services), safety inspections, minor maintenance, and create repair estimates. Stay current with factory/ASE training, use shop computer systems, work efficiently in a team, attend ongoing training, and meet physical demands (lifting, standing).

Handle inbound/outbound calls using scripts to schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on sales and service appointments. Log customer comments, update the database, generate timeline-based emails, respond to web leads, coordinate with departments, and meet monthly goals.

Work directly with customers to identify vehicle preferences, guide them through the buying process, perform product presentations and demonstrations, maintain follow-up and customer satisfaction, assist with inventory, and address customer concerns to ensure a premium retail experience.
