Manages dealership customer loyalty and experience programs, serving as the primary customer advocate. Monitors surveys, reputation tools, and customer data; leads cross-functional process improvement meetings; identifies service opportunities; coordinates corrective action plans; and communicates progress to dealership leadership and regional teams. Handle inbound/outbound calls using scripts to schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on sales and service appointments. Log customer comments, update the database, generate timeline-based emails, respond to web leads, coordinate with departments, and meet monthly goals.
