Manage and supervise BDC consultants to meet department metrics for inbound and internet leads. Oversee appointment setting, show rates, and delivered sales; hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff; manage schedules, reporting, CRM usage, and performance/commission tracking.

Perform express vehicle maintenance including oil/filter changes, tire mounting and balancing, fluid services, safety inspections, and minor repairs. Build estimates, stay current with factory training, attend ongoing training, and work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls using scripts to schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on sales and service appointments. Log customer interactions, update the database, send automated follow-up emails, coordinate with sales/service departments, and meet monthly appointment and follow-up goals. Provide responsive support to internet leads and assist with related tasks as assigned.
