Leads automotive dealership sales operations by training and motivating sales staff, developing sales strategies, maximizing deal profitability, ensuring accurate paperwork, and delivering strong customer experiences. The role requires automotive sales management or proven sales experience, leadership, dealership operations knowledge, flexible weekend availability, and a high school diploma or GED.

Manages dealership customer loyalty and experience programs, serving as the primary customer advocate. Monitors surveys, reputation tools, and customer data; leads cross-functional process improvement meetings; identifies service opportunities; coordinates corrective action plans; and communicates progress to dealership leadership and regional teams. The role requires strong customer service or sales experience, automotive dealership familiarity, computer literacy, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Perform fast, general express vehicle maintenance (oil/filter changes, tire mounting/balancing, fluid services), safety inspections, minor maintenance, and create repair estimates. Stay current with factory/ASE training, use shop computer systems, work efficiently in a team, attend ongoing training, and meet physical demands (lifting, standing).
