Manage inbound warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, put-away, inventory accuracy, team supervision, scheduling, attendance, and coordination with internal teams and suppliers to meet SOPs and SLAs.

Supports HRIS administration, employee data maintenance, data entry, validation, reporting, basic troubleshooting, system testing, process implementation, record accuracy, documentation, and issue resolution with relevant teams.

Oversee end-to-end FMCG warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory accuracy, cost control, safety, and fulfillment. Lead warehouse teams, manage staffing and performance, monitor KPIs, implement lean improvements, optimize layouts and picking methods, support WMS and automation adoption, and resolve operational issues. Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance, food safety, regulatory adherence, and effective capacity planning during seasonal and volume changes.
