Supervise daily live food delivery operations, monitor orders, resolve delays and incidents, coordinate with restaurants and internal teams, assign team coverage, track KPIs, prepare performance reports, improve operational efficiency, and coach team members. The role requires rotating shift availability, including weekends and public holidays, plus strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.

Support restaurant partners by responding to inquiries, resolving order and platform issues, coordinating with internal teams, tracking cases through resolution, maintaining accurate records, and preparing Excel reports. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, complaint handling, and customer support skills.

Manages procurement cost control, supplier invoice validation, payment processing, budget monitoring, account reconciliation, cost optimization, and financial reporting. Ensures payments comply with contracts, delegated authority, company policies, KSA VAT regulations, and ZATCA e-invoicing requirements. Supports audits through accurate records and reporting while using ERP systems and advanced Excel skills to monitor spend and savings.
