Manage end-to-end production of branded materials, coordinate suppliers and vendors, review and approve samples, ensure brand and quality standards, monitor schedules and deliveries, support events and activations, and maintain production documentation while driving process improvement and cost optimization.

Control and analyze Last Mile operational costs, validate supplier and partner payments, prepare financial reports, support month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, develop Power BI/Excel dashboards, and partner with Operations to improve cost efficiency and compliance.

Receive, verify, inspect, and classify returned items; update return transactions in the system; coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, QA, and Returns teams to resolve discrepancies; maintain documentation and follow SOPs and safety procedures.
