Develop and execute test plans and test cases for robotic products, identify and track defects, participate in requirements and design reviews, support software development, and assist field engineers resolving customer issues.

Lead the organization's information security governance, strategy, risk management, policies, controls, audits, vendor security, incident preparedness, and business resilience. Manage a three-person security team covering governance, security operations, and architecture. Own global product management for an Industrial Floorcare segment, including product strategy, multi-year roadmaps, lifecycle management, market analysis, profitability, pricing, launches, and end-of-life decisions. Partner cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, sourcing, operations, marketing, sales, service, and regional teams to deliver competitive, sustainable products and strong customer outcomes in a global matrix environment.

Coordinates Extended Producer Responsibility reporting across EMEA, including producer registrations, reporting calendars, fee structures, data validation, and WEEE, battery, and packaging classifications. Partners with an external service provider and country teams, communicates regulatory updates, supports audits and authority interactions, and escalates non-compliance issues. The role requires strong analytical accuracy, structured communication, stakeholder coordination, English fluency, and compliance or sustainability reporting experience.
