Support IVS outside sales by qualifying leads, executing inside sales campaigns, managing CRM records and quotes in SFDC, coordinating account setup and post-sale follow-up, scheduling checks, tracking orders, and providing basic troubleshooting to improve sales workflows and customer experience.

Manage dealer and end-user accounts across Ohio to meet annual sales and performance goals. Conduct equipment demonstrations, installations, training, and building surveys. Develop and coach dealer sales force, run quarterly business reviews, maintain CRM pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.com, and report market intelligence. Resolve sales and service issues, support national accounts, and travel within the region as required.

Lead industrial design from concept to production for professional cleaning equipment. Produce sketches, prototypes and 3D CAD models, collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, sourcing and suppliers, support testing and industrialization, and ensure designs meet brand, durability and sustainability goals.
