Supports e-commerce operations for the Italian web shop, including online content updates, campaign setup and monitoring, product launches, UX improvements, limited customer care, proofreading, and team coordination. The position is based in Madrid with partial remote-work opportunities.

Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand, inventory, materials, and manufacturing capacity. Coordinate planning with production, supply chain, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams; monitor performance and adjust schedules to address risks. Maintain ERP planning data, track KPIs, support product transitions, and identify process, cost, and inventory improvements.

Develop and execute supply plans, purchase materials, monitor supplier deliveries, maintain ERP planning data, and optimize inventory levels. Analyze supply chain performance, lead KPI and continuous improvement initiatives, resolve supply issues, and coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams across commercial, production, procurement, and logistics functions. Support outsourcing projects and tactical supply chain activities.
