Lead and develop AP, AR and Credit teams across Switzerland and Asia; own month-end close, reconciliations, bank and sub-ledger integrity; manage credit, collections and vendor payments; drive process improvements and ERP automation; ensure Swiss GAAP (FER), VAT compliance and audit readiness; provide actionable working capital and cash flow reporting while partnering with FP&A and Head of Finance.

Support end-to-end marketing for hub rollouts, coordinate launch deliverables, manage partner communications and post-launch relationships, run B2B communications and LinkedIn presence, maintain media and calendar records.

Lead end-to-end development of global skate and lifestyle footwear from concept to commercialization. Manage development calendars, PLM product data, factory relationships in Asia, prototypes, testing, cost targets, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver on-time, on-cost, high-quality products while improving processes and mentoring the footwear development team.
