Administers hybrid Azure, AWS, and on-premises infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, networking, storage, identity, containers, and security. Develops automation with PowerShell, Python, and Terraform; manages Kubernetes and Docker environments; implements monitoring, AIOps, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Supports DevOps and DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, machine-learning-enabled infrastructure optimization, and security compliance while mentoring junior staff.

Designs, configures, and supports Amazon Connect cloud contact centers, including contact flows, routing, chatbots, reporting, outbound campaigns, surveys, AWS integrations, security controls, and troubleshooting. The role uses Lambda and other AWS services to enhance contact center functionality, monitors performance through QuickSight and CloudWatch, and applies change-control practices. Candidates must have hands-on Amazon Connect CCaaS, AWS CI/CD, scripting, integration, reporting, workforce optimization, and VoIP experience, plus a related bachelor's degree.

Leads federal business development and revenue growth through the NASA SEWP VI contract vehicle. Builds opportunity pipelines, qualifies and captures task orders, develops win strategies, coordinates proposals and pricing, manages OEM and partner relationships, engages federal customers, maintains CRM forecasts, and monitors acquisition trends. The role requires strong federal procurement expertise, SEWP experience, established agency and technology-partner relationships, and achievement of revenue, pipeline, win-rate, and customer-growth targets.
