Provide cargo allocation, contract optionality, and shipping deployment analyses, scenario stress tests, and commercial recommendations to maximize portfolio value and inform trading, commercial, and operations decisions.

Provide administrative and technical support to production and marine teams at an LNG facility: manage meeting logistics and minutes, visitor coordination, mail, expense reports, onboarding, Workday scheduling, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, edit technical documents, and support events and executive interfacing in a construction-to-operations environment.

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and contract lifecycle for high-value energy agreements. Manage RFx, bid evaluations, negotiations, drafting, post-award administration, compliance, supplier transitions, and continuous improvement while collaborating cross-functionally to mitigate risk and optimize commercial outcomes.

Manage full contract lifecycle for shared services, lead drafting/negotiation of commercial contracts, execute RFx events, administer post-award compliance and change management, develop templates and playbooks, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate risk and ensure contractual performance.

Lead enterprise-wide compliance and ethics program, advise senior leadership on regulatory risk, oversee compliance risk management, investigations, audits, training, and governance across the organization.

Lead contract administration and lifecycle management for LNG and gas commercial agreements. Oversee credit risk assessment, counterparty limits, collateral and margining, invoicing/settlement, and dispute resolution. Provide commercial and credit risk input to negotiations, coordinate with Treasury on liquidity, and lead a team to implement best practices in contract execution and risk monitoring.

Serve as HR business partner to corporate groups, advising leaders on workforce planning, hiring, talent management, performance, employee relations, change management, and Workday-driven HR data/analytics to improve retention, development, and organizational effectiveness.

Provide electrical engineering SME support for medium/low voltage power distribution at an LNG facility, focusing on protection, coordination, arc flash compliance, reliability, troubleshooting, and engineering standards. Lead studies, mentor technicians, support brownfield modifications, participate in safety/risk reviews, and drive long-term power system modernization and KPI tracking.

Provide control systems engineering support for the Rio Grande LNG facility, leading DCS/PLC/turbine control reliability, alarm management, software change and obsolescence management. Support operations troubleshooting, KPIs, risk assessments (PHA/HAZOP/SIL), MOC, contractor coordination, and cross-functional safety and maintenance activities to maximize availability.

Lead HSSE for the Rio Grande LNG project, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, security, and emergency response requirements. Oversee HSSE execution with the EPC contractor and Owner's E&C team through construction, commissioning, startup, and early operations. Implement Energy Based Safety (EBS), manage SIMOPS, system energization, hazardous energy controls, incident investigations, audits, emergency response, and HSSE management system transition to operations.

Provide FP&A support for the Rio Grande LNG project including monthly actual vs budget analysis, maintaining financial models, improving processes, collaborating with leadership, preparing ad-hoc reports and presentations, and supporting budget system implementation.

Support safe LNG train operations by conducting risk assessments, managing barrier impairments, coordinating mitigations, auditing compliance, participating in shift oversight, and training shift teams on process safety and risk management practices.

Support the Lead Reliability Specialist in executing reliability improvement processes (TOM), manage production-impacting events, facilitate RCA and RCM activities, operate APM systems, analyze failure trends, and support condition monitoring and maintenance optimization to meet plant reliability KPIs at the Rio Grande LNG facility.

Lead project cost control activities for large LNG/O&G construction projects: convert estimates to budgets, manage detailed budgets, evaluate change orders, prepare monthly cost and earned-value reports, reforecast costs, analyze vendor invoices, support estimating and bid evaluations, perform contingency analysis, and produce cash flow forecasts and presentations.
