Support corporate finance and capital-raising for Rio Grande LNG by building and maintaining financial and cash-flow models, evaluating financing options, assisting due diligence and lender/investor interactions, tracking interest rates, and supporting treasury/cash management and related reporting.

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and contract lifecycle for high-value energy agreements. Lead enterprise-wide compliance and ethics program, advise senior leadership on regulatory risk, oversee compliance risk management, investigations, audits, training, and governance across the organization.

Lead contract administration and lifecycle management for LNG and gas commercial agreements. Oversee credit risk assessment, counterparty limits, collateral and margining, invoicing/settlement, and dispute resolution. Provide commercial and credit risk input to negotiations, coordinate with Treasury on liquidity, and lead a team to implement best practices in contract execution and risk monitoring.

Lead product control for energy commodities P&L and valuation. Oversee daily/monthly P&L, controls, ETRM trade capture, audit responses, partner with trading, risk, and FP&A, and develop a control-focused team.

Serve as HR business partner to corporate groups, advising leaders on workforce planning, hiring, talent management, performance, employee relations, change management, and Workday-driven HR data/analytics to improve retention, development, and organizational effectiveness.

Provide electrical engineering SME support for medium/low voltage power distribution at an LNG facility, focusing on protection, coordination, arc flash compliance, reliability, troubleshooting, and engineering standards. Lead studies, mentor technicians, support brownfield modifications, participate in safety/risk reviews, and drive long-term power system modernization and KPI tracking.

Provide control systems engineering support for the Rio Grande LNG facility, leading DCS/PLC/turbine control reliability, alarm management, software change and obsolescence management. Support operations troubleshooting, KPIs, risk assessments (PHA/HAZOP/SIL), MOC, contractor coordination, and cross-functional safety and maintenance activities to maximize availability.

Provide executive-level administrative support to the SVP of Operations: manage complex calendars, communications, domestic and international travel, prepare agendas and presentations, track expenses via Concur, maintain confidential records, coordinate meetings/events and operational reviews, support projects, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; prepare reconciliations and management reporting; support 10-Q/10-K SEC filings; record and analyze transactions per U.S. GAAP; coordinate with peers and external auditors; maintain internal controls and complete accounting projects.

Lead HSSE for the Rio Grande LNG project, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, security, and emergency response requirements. Oversee HSSE execution with the EPC contractor and Owner's E&C team through construction, commissioning, startup, and early operations. Implement Energy Based Safety (EBS), manage SIMOPS, system energization, hazardous energy controls, incident investigations, audits, emergency response, and HSSE management system transition to operations.

Provide FP&A support for the Rio Grande LNG project including monthly actual vs budget analysis, maintaining financial models, improving processes, collaborating with leadership, preparing ad-hoc reports and presentations, and supporting budget system implementation.

Lead information management and document control for large-scale EPC projects: establish governance, manage Hexagon SDx adoption, supervise Document Control team, enforce workflows/metadata, drive EDMS migration, track DC KPIs, support audits, and ensure readiness through turnover to operations.

Support safe LNG train operations by conducting risk assessments, managing barrier impairments, coordinating mitigations, auditing compliance, participating in shift oversight, and training shift teams on process safety and risk management practices.

Lead treasury activities for the Rio Grande LNG project, including monthly borrowing packages, debt covenant compliance, KYC, daily cash optimization, wire and payment operations, interest rate hedge settlements, letters of credit, and building/mentoring the treasury function and processes.

Support the Lead Reliability Specialist in executing reliability improvement processes (TOM), manage production-impacting events, facilitate RCA and RCM activities, operate APM systems, analyze failure trends, and support condition monitoring and maintenance optimization to meet plant reliability KPIs at the Rio Grande LNG facility.
