Provide corporate legal advice on public company governance, securities law, SEC reporting, capital markets and finance transactions; prepare board materials and disclosure filings; support investor relations; develop corporate policies; manage outside counsel and cross-functional legal matters.

Develop, maintain, and optimize short- and long-term LNG production schedules. Coordinate with operations, maintenance, marine, commercial, and engineering teams to align feed gas, power, maintenance (IAPs), shipping, and safety constraints. Use NextSys and CMMS tools for forecasting, scenario modeling, reporting, and regulatory submissions. Support inventory management and continuous tool improvements.

Support corporate finance and capital-raising for Rio Grande LNG by building and maintaining financial and cash-flow models, evaluating financing options, assisting due diligence and lender/investor interactions, tracking interest rates, and supporting treasury/cash management and related reporting.
