The position is permanent, full-time, and operates on a 24/7 rotating roster. Comprehensive training is provided, and prior experience is not required.

Develop and maintain secure, scalable PHP applications across billing, CRM, domain registrar, hosting, and customer-facing platforms. Build, test, deploy, and improve features using Laravel and other PHP frameworks, integrate external APIs, design relational databases, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and follow coding, testing, and version-control standards.

Desired experience includes cPanel/WHM, DNS, networking, Python, Bash, Docker, virtualization, web servers, distributed storage, and database technologies. Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check.

Manage, monitor, secure, and improve a large fleet of Linux web-hosting servers. The role handles infrastructure escalations, supports operational efficiency, and administers systems across the hosting environment. Experience with cPanel/WHM, DNS, networking, Python, and Bash is valued, while Docker, virtualization, web servers, Ceph, and database technologies are beneficial.
