Provides frontline technical support for domain names, hosting, and digital services. Responsibilities include monitoring service alerts, diagnosing domain issues, administering and troubleshooting Linux and cPanel servers, and assisting customers by phone, live chat, and email. The position is permanent, full-time, and operates on a 24/7 rotating roster. Comprehensive training is provided, and prior experience is not required.

Develop and maintain secure, scalable PHP applications across billing, CRM, domain registrar, hosting, and customer-facing platforms. Build, test, deploy, and improve features using Laravel and other PHP frameworks, integrate external APIs, design relational databases, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and follow coding, testing, and version-control standards.
