Lead the SAP S/4HANA design phase for migrating SAP WM to EWM across manufacturing sites. Own planning, governance, stakeholder coordination, design workshops, risk management, implementation roadmaps, documentation, and alignment with global SAP strategy. Prepare the organization for implementation and support business case development.

Design and maintain mechanical CAD models, drawings and BOMs for electric drive units. Drive platform development, support customer projects, collaborate with electronics and software teams, work with suppliers and manufacturing, participate in design reviews, validation and continuous improvement, and contribute to long-term drive unit concepts.

Lead design and architecture of SAP S/4HANA EWM for a manufacturing digitalization program. Drive Fit-to-Standard workshops, gather requirements, map processes, perform gap analysis, and define WM-to-EWM roadmaps. Ensure integration with SAP MM and PP, Handling Units, RF/MFS solutions, warehouse automation and production systems; align stakeholders and parallel EWM initiatives across countries.

Develop and maintain embedded safety-critical medical device software across the full lifecycle. Participate in architecture and low-level design, verification/validation and unit testing, risk management, regulatory compliance, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with systems and quality teams.

Define and govern end-to-end solution architecture across SAP and non-SAP landscapes for manufacturing and sterilization initiatives. Align architectures with enterprise principles, regulatory and security requirements, document current/future state, manage stakeholders, identify dependencies, and support integration, platform, and data flow decisions across international teams.

Design and build node-to-cloud IoT platform components: secure device identity/provisioning, MQTT and REST-based telemetry ingestion, device state and configuration management, OTA updates, rollback/versioning, and scalable cloud-native services. Collaborate with embedded, product, and business teams and operate production systems (CI/CD, containers, monitoring).

Develop, maintain, and execute CAPL-based automated tests in HIL environments; analyze results, report defects, and support CI integration while collaborating with embedded developers and test engineers.

Develop, improve, and maintain embedded control systems for material handling. Triage customer-reported issues, implement improvements and new functionality, perform root-cause analysis, and verify solutions through hands-on testing with physical products. Work primarily in Structured Text and C/C++ within an agile Scrum/Kanban team.

Lead frontend development using React to build modern, performant user interfaces. Collaborate with designers and backend engineers, integrate APIs, ensure scalability and maintainability, apply PWA and responsive design principles, implement CI/CD, mentor junior developers, and drive frontend best practices.

Design and simulate electrical systems for HVDC converter stations using PSCAD, PSSE, and PowerFactory. Perform electrical calculations and frequency-domain modeling, develop analysis tools in Excel/MATLAB/Python, collaborate in project teams, and take ownership of assigned technical tasks.
