Senior software engineer responsible for designing, building, deploying, and supporting enterprise platforms, backend services, web applications, APIs, integrations, data flows, and cloud solutions. The role includes end-to-end ownership, architecture decisions, troubleshooting, testing, security, scalability, operational readiness, and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders. The engineer will use and validate AI-assisted development tools, particularly GitHub Copilot, while mentoring team members and communicating technical trade-offs.

Lead frontend development using React to build modern, performant user interfaces. Collaborate with designers and backend engineers, integrate APIs, ensure scalability and maintainability, apply PWA and responsive design principles, implement CI/CD, mentor junior developers, and drive frontend best practices.

Translates customer and market insights into product and commercial strategy while representing the company internationally. The role is based in Lund and requires approximately 100 international travel days annually.

Leads Xenergic’s engineering organization and oversees semiconductor product development and delivery from technical direction through customer integration and production. Responsibilities include managing analog, digital, software, and verification teams; setting priorities, resources, timelines, and budgets; improving engineering processes and methodologies; developing team capabilities; and ensuring effective communication and documentation. The role reports to the CEO and requires maintaining sufficient technical depth to guide complex semiconductor development.

Support a large-scale manufacturing transformation across Czech factories by analyzing stakeholders and change impacts, planning readiness activities, coordinating communications, facilitating leadership alignment, and driving adoption of new processes and ways of working. The consultant will collaborate with project managers, process leads, super users, change agents, and functional teams in an international environment.
