Triage customer-reported issues, implement improvements and new functionality, perform root-cause analysis, and verify solutions through hands-on testing with physical products. Work primarily in Structured Text and C/C++ within an agile Scrum/Kanban team.

Leads Xenergic’s international business development and sales for semiconductor memory IP. Identifies strategic customers, manages opportunities from technical qualification through licensing negotiations and design wins, builds relationships with engineering and commercial stakeholders, and develops sales representation across North America, Asia, and Europe. Translates customer and market insights into product and commercial strategy while representing the company internationally. The role is based in Lund and requires approximately 100 international travel days annually.

Leads Xenergic’s engineering organization and oversees semiconductor product development and delivery from technical direction through customer integration and production. Responsibilities include managing analog, digital, software, and verification teams; setting priorities, resources, timelines, and budgets; improving engineering processes and methodologies; developing team capabilities; and ensuring effective communication and documentation. The role reports to the CEO and requires maintaining sufficient technical depth to guide complex semiconductor development.
