Own complex technical problems from design to production, write maintainable C# code, drive CI/CD and DevOps practices, mentor engineers, and shape microservices/event-driven and event-sourced architectures to improve reliability and developer experience.

Lead NewDay's enterprise embedded finance partnerships, owning growth strategy, commercial performance, portfolio P&L and senior partner relationships. Influence product, customer and operational strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Credit Risk, Legal, Technology, Finance), negotiate commercial terms, and ensure governance, compliance and strong customer outcomes to drive sustainable revenue and profitability.

Analyse and forecast credit performance (arrears, insolvencies, balances), interrogate large datasets to find trends and risks, build repeatable MI and forecasting processes, and communicate findings via dashboards and presentations to inform Credit Risk, Finance and Strategy stakeholders.

Lead and develop a team of fraud analysts to identify emerging transactional fraud trends, design prevention strategies, enhance detection capabilities, and partner across functions to balance customer experience and commercial outcomes during platform transformation.

As a Lead ML Ops Engineer, you will define standards for ML delivery and operations, shape ML systems engineering, and influence practices across teams.
