Leads NewDay’s Technology Operations function, overseeing service delivery, application support, workplace technology, service management, service desks, and major incident response. The role drives resilient, reliable, data-informed technology services, improves operational performance and customer experience, manages strategic partners, and develops high-performing teams. It also requires executive stakeholder engagement and collaboration across Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Change teams.

Analyse and forecast credit performance (arrears, insolvencies, balances), interrogate large datasets to find trends and risks, build repeatable MI and forecasting processes, and communicate findings via dashboards and presentations to inform Credit Risk, Finance and Strategy stakeholders.

As a Lead ML Ops Engineer, you will define standards for ML delivery and operations, shape ML systems engineering, and influence practices across teams.
