Perform hand soldering/desoldering and assemble electronic circuit boards per schematics and work instructions. Inspect solder joints to IPC-quality standards, troubleshoot and repair assemblies, use rework stations and microscopes, follow ESD precautions, document work, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams.

Supervise and coach production employees on an assigned shift, oversee daily workflow and equipment use, ensure production meets specifications and safety standards, report performance, troubleshoot issues, notify maintenance, complete required paperwork, and recommend efficiency improvements.
