Provide site-based instructional coaching and professional development across up to three afterschool sites. Observe and review lessons, deliver feedback and training, support curriculum implementation, maintain coaching records, assist with staff recruitment and onboarding, and monitor program quality aligned with NYE and DYCD standards.

Lead after-school dance programming for K-12 students: design and implement lesson plans, teach or co-lead daily activities, prepare materials, set and communicate objectives, assess student progress, coordinate events, and build relationships with students, staff, and parents. In-person role requiring dance teaching experience.

Lead age-appropriate fencing instruction and mentoring for after-school youth programs. Develop lesson plans, enforce safety and sportsmanship, prepare facilities, evaluate progress, and coordinate with program leadership and events.

Support administration of an after-school program: supervise staff and students, implement enrichment and academic activities, align homework with school standards, lead trips, ensure compliance with DYCD/DOE/DOHMH regulations, communicate with parents and school partners, and cover the site in the director's absence.

Lead after-school performing arts activities for K-12 students, build student relationships, design lesson objectives, adapt instruction, support events, record data and assessments, and maintain a safe, inclusive environment.

Teach step-dancing to youth in NYC public schools, choreograph performances, adapt NYS Arts standards and curriculum, manage rehearsals, enforce behavior rules, assess progress, and prepare materials for 9–15 weekly hours after school.

Lead after-school performing arts activities for K-12 students: plan and teach lessons, adapt instruction, build student relationships, support events, record data, and assess student progress. Ensure a safe, inclusive environment and perform related duties as assigned.

Teach and choreograph step-dancing for youth in NYC public schools: lead rehearsals, enforce behavior, adapt New York State Arts Learning Standards and NY Edge curriculum, prepare materials, evaluate student progress, and produce group performances. Part-time afternoons, requires DOE/DOH clearances.

Manage and supervise after-school program staff and students, implement enrichment and academic activities, coordinate homework support, lead off-site trips, ensure compliance with DYCD/DOE/DOHMH regulations, communicate with parents and school staff, and provide coverage for activity specialists under the Program Director.
