Drive regional growth by building referral relationships with treatment centers and healthcare partners, execute targeted marketing initiatives, manage leads in CRM, track metrics, and report on business development performance to meet referral goals.

Supports facility administrators in personal care homes by learning regulatory compliance, resident care coordination, staff supervision, budgeting, admissions, and facility operations while assisting with performance monitoring and on-call management.
