Lead clinical care and supervision for residential behavioral health clients: oversee admissions, daily rounds, staff training and development, reduce hospitalizations, collaborate with leadership and development for program promotion.

Provide one-to-one behavioral health interventions and support residents with activities of daily living and instrumental ADLs per individualized plans. Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance, document resident status and incidents, and assist treatment team with data collection and therapeutic group or individual support.
