Provides peer-based mental health and substance use recovery support, advocacy, coaching, crisis response, community referrals, treatment-team collaboration, and documentation. Uses personal recovery experience to promote client empowerment, self-determination, socialization, stable housing, employment, coping skills, and community living. May support drop-in centers, mobile crisis teams, urgent care, and emergency services.

Provides outpatient mental and behavioral health services to individuals and families, including assessment, treatment planning, counseling, crisis intervention, risk assessment, education, referrals, and advocacy. The clinician manages a diverse caseload, delivers evidence-based treatment, monitors client progress and service needs, uses PCOMS, and collaborates with a treatment team to support stability and inclusion.

Provides administrative and client-facing support in a community mental health clinic. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, supporting telehealth access, updating computer and EHR records, collecting payments, verifying coverage, assisting clinical staff, and maintaining a welcoming, trauma-informed environment.
