Guide patients through enrollment and onboarding for a Functional Psychiatry Membership Program. Coordinate care transitions with providers, monitor engagement and treatment adherence, maintain documentation, address billing and insurance concerns, and support program growth and quality improvement. The role requires an active RN license, behavioral healthcare experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
