Lead development and launch of a Functional Psychiatry membership program. Manage daily office operations for a mental health practice: scheduling, insurance verification, EHR recordkeeping, patient communication, front-desk support, inventory and facilities coordination, billing collaboration, and staff liaison duties to ensure a welcoming, compliant clinic environment.
