Manage Business Center operations supporting exhibitors, event organizers, and guests. Oversee inventory, shipping/package handling, equipment maintenance, transaction processing, and financial reporting. Supervise, train, and evaluate staff; ensure franchise compliance and customer service standards. Monitor performance, resolve escalations, and support operational improvements.

Lead and align operational resources, facilities, event delivery, public safety, and guest experience to execute organizational strategy. Oversee facility operations, emergency preparedness, financial stewardship, capital planning, and workforce development. Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement while advising the CEO and executive team on risks, investments, and organizational readiness.
