Provide executive leadership for all operational functions including event delivery, facilities, public safety, emergency preparedness, and financial stewardship. Align resources, set performance standards, drive operational excellence and customer experience, support capital planning, lead senior teams, and oversee talent and succession planning to ensure business continuity and organizational growth.

Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot the facility wired and wireless network backbone. Implement and document network designs, evaluate new technologies, coordinate with vendors/carriers, support disaster recovery planning, and act as subject-matter expert for network outages and remediation.

Manage financial controls and reporting; lead month-end, year-end close and audits; prepare consolidated financial statements and footnotes; ensure GASB/GAAP compliance; supervise staff; support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cross-department policy implementation.

Support the Director in executing sales strategy, lead and develop sales staff, manage national and regional convention accounts, drive bookings and revenue, coordinate cross-functional teams, assist with contracts and reporting, and represent the venue at industry events.
