Leads the school’s strategic, academic, administrative, financial, and operational functions. Oversees curriculum delivery, learner performance, staff management, budgeting, admissions, compliance, facilities, educational technology, and extracurricular activities. The Principal supports teaching quality, maintains stakeholder and board relationships, promotes a safe learning environment, prepares performance reports, and ensures alignment with education legislation, policies, and school values.

Manages the organization’s HR strategy, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll, compliance, HR administration, reporting, and staff development. Advises management on labor legislation, culture, discipline, retention, and workforce risks. Oversees HR staff, employee benefits, statutory submissions, payroll using SAGE, documentation, and organizational development activities.

Manages the front desk by welcoming visitors, answering and directing calls, organizing reception, distributing mail, coordinating couriers, and handling customer queries. Provides administrative support through filing, scanning, data capture, supply inventory management, and ad hoc assistance to HR and management. Maintains a professional, organized office environment and escalates issues when necessary.
