Coordinates customer deliveries, schedules, EDI data, ERP/MRP parameters, exception reports, and customer portals. Monitors inventory, delivery performance, minimum order quantities, and logistics metrics. Requires strong accounting experience, SAP and Excel skills, German and English fluency, and the ability to handle large data volumes.

Leads the creation of a new Digitalization unit and company-wide digital transformation strategy. Responsibilities include building a 20+ person team, managing budgets and vendors, driving process mining, RPA, low-code automation, data platforms, OT/IT integration, master data management, AI/ML initiatives, and digital transformation across manufacturing and corporate functions. The role reports to the CTO and bridges business operations, IT, and technology strategy.

Own and continuously improve Oracle HCM Core HR processes, configurations, security, reporting, data governance, integrations, and payroll-related workflows. Configure Oracle Journeys, support data migration and testing, troubleshoot issues, and translate HR business requirements into scalable solutions. Partner with global HR teams, process owners, implementation partners, and country stakeholders during international rollouts while maintaining documentation and supporting workshops.

Owns configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Oracle HCM Core HR and Payroll processes. Builds OTBI and BI Publisher reports, configures Journeys, manages HCM security, supports data migration and integrations, and partners with global HR teams and implementation partners during rollouts. The role also supports requirements translation, workshops, testing, issue resolution, documentation, and country-specific implementation activities.

Configure, implement, integrate, and support SAP CO solutions across controlling, costing, budgeting, profitability analysis, reporting, and month-end close. The consultant will participate in implementations, rollouts, and S/4HANA migrations; develop functional specifications; support testing, data migration, troubleshooting, documentation, workshops, and end-user training. The role requires close collaboration with finance, business stakeholders, and ABAP teams.

Performs journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close activities, financial reporting, fixed asset accounting, audit support, and statutory reporting. Ensures compliance with accounting standards and internal controls while analyzing accounting KPIs and supporting process improvements. Collaborates with Finance, Controlling, Payroll, and Corporate Accounting teams to maintain accurate and timely financial records.

Designs, configures, implements, and supports SAP CO solutions, including cost controlling, product costing, profitability analysis, budgeting, allocations, reporting, and FI integration. The consultant participates in SAP implementations, rollouts, S/4HANA migrations, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, workshops, and user training while collaborating with finance, business, and ABAP teams.
