Coordinates customer deliveries, schedules, EDI data, ERP/MRP parameters, exception reports, and customer portals. Monitors inventory, delivery performance, minimum order quantities, and logistics metrics. Supports change management, phase-out activities, and cross-functional projects while serving as a German- and English-speaking customer service contact for OEMs.

Manages financial accounting, reporting, and compliance processes, including inventory valuation, accruals, tax reporting, asset and lease accounting, credit limits, solvency checks, and payment operations. Transforms and reports SAP balance sheet data for actuals, forecasts, and planning. Requires strong accounting experience, SAP and Excel skills, German and English fluency, and the ability to handle large data volumes.

Leads the creation of a new Digitalization unit and company-wide digital transformation strategy. Responsibilities include building a 20+ person team, managing budgets and vendors, driving process mining, RPA, low-code automation, data platforms, OT/IT integration, master data management, AI/ML initiatives, and digital transformation across manufacturing and corporate functions. The role reports to the CTO and bridges business operations, IT, and technology strategy.
