Provide physician-directed medical care in clinic and hospital settings: assess patient health, deliver acute and chronic care (histories, exams, injections, suturing), triage calls, document records, educate patients, participate in hospital rounds and after-hours coverage, and maintain confidentiality and continuity of care.

Manage revenue cycle activities including posting office and surgical charges, identifying and resolving delinquent accounts, filing primary and secondary claims, appealing denials, researching credit balances, negotiating with payers, scanning and maintaining records, and working patient collections and payment plans to ensure timely reimbursements.

Process vendor invoices, payments, expense reports, and reconciliations for a multi-physician medical practice. Enter invoices into Sage Intacct, prepare check/ACH/wire payments, reconcile vendor statements, assist month-end close and audits, support 1099 reporting, and collaborate with physicians and vendors to resolve payment issues.
