Responsibilities include investigating field and production issues, performing root-cause analysis, improving yield and reliability, managing engineering changes and component obsolescence, supporting post-market surveillance, and coordinating with contract manufacturers and suppliers under medical-device quality and regulatory requirements.

Hands-on electronics engineer responsible for device design improvements, manufacturing readiness, NPI, DfM, automated test systems, engineering changes, and production support. The role includes working with contract manufacturers and suppliers, conducting root-cause analysis, improving yield and reliability, managing component obsolescence, and maintaining compliance with medical device regulations and quality systems. Experience with low-power Bluetooth wearables, PCB design, LabVIEW or Python-based testing, and regulated industries is valuable.

Own the transition of wearable neurostimulation devices from validated design to reliable, high-volume production. Responsibilities include NPI, design-for-manufacturing reviews, automated test system development, manufacturing and validation processes, assembly methods, work instructions, supplier and contract manufacturer collaboration, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and compliance with medical device regulations and quality systems.
