Manage depot and yard stores: receive, store, catalogue and issue stock; record inventory in Sage; monitor stock levels; arrange collection/delivery; ensure PPE, supplier compliance, health, safety and good housekeeping.

Own customer CARE activities across pre-, during-, and post-project stages to achieve high satisfaction scores. Resolve enquiries and complaints within one working day, perform post-completion walk-offs, track KPIs, run customer feedback surveys and trend analysis, escalate major issues, support community events, and ensure vulnerable customers receive required services.

Resolve enquiries and complaints within one working day, perform post-completion walk-offs, track KPIs, compile reports, engage customers via communications, escalate major issues, and support improvements to the customer experience while liaising with planning and operations teams.

Manage water rehabilitation contract delivery: plan, coordinate and supervise operatives to resolve low pressure, leaks and quality issues. Ensure safety, compliance, client liaison, materials procurement, quality checks, training, incident investigations, contingency planning, KPI delivery and real-time project updates.

Own customer care activities pre/during/post project to achieve high satisfaction scores. Resolve enquiries D+1, perform post-completion walk-offs, track KPIs, run feedback surveys, escalate major complaints, liaise with planning and call centre, support vulnerable customers per GSOP3, and produce regular customer experience reports.

Lead gas design from site surveys to detailed technical drawings, ensuring CDM 2015 compliance. Liaise with clients, consultants and onsite teams, review STAT plans, maintain H&S files, mentor junior staff, attend site visits, and manage designs through client governance while keeping schemes on budget and schedule.

Support delivery of emergency and planned water/wastewater projects across the region by enabling works, tracking progress (time, cost, quality), analysing risks and costs, leading root-cause analysis and optioneering, maintaining governance and reporting, and ensuring site health and safety compliance.

Design, build, and maintain Microsoft Fabric-based data pipelines, lakehouses, and warehouse solutions. Support migration of legacy systems, optimise ETL/ELT processes (PySpark, SQL, Python), enforce data quality, governance and security, support semantic models/Power BI reporting, troubleshoot platform issues, and contribute to data architecture standards and documentation.
