Own customer CARE activities across pre-, during-, and post-project stages to achieve high satisfaction scores. Support acquisitions, strategic funding initiatives, bank migrations, KYC processes, and corporate structure optimization. Lead a Treasury team of three, improve treasury systems and reporting, and strengthen controls, processes, and operational cash management.

Manage customer and client enquiries by telephone, website, and email while maintaining high service standards. Update customer and company databases, record and escalate issues, resolve complaints within required timescales, and meet operational requirements, KPIs, and SLAs. The role requires strong organization, time management, deadline management, customer service skills, and IT and systems literacy. Utilities-sector experience is desirable but not essential.

Supports utility streetworks programming and compliance by submitting and managing notices and permits, coordinating with councils, supervisors, subcontractors, clients, and third parties, monitoring jeopardy reports, resolving issues, managing Section 74 charges and fixed penalties, maintaining works systems, and providing general administrative support.

Provides strategic and operational HR support across UK contract sites. Advises managers on employee relations, employment law, reward, performance, talent planning, training compliance, diversity and inclusion, TUPE transfers, acquisitions, and workforce planning. Leads HR projects, tribunal and ACAS cases, pay reviews, bonus schemes, reporting, and resource planning while coaching HR Advisors and building management capability.
