Supports utility streetworks programming and compliance by submitting and managing notices and permits, coordinating with councils, supervisors, subcontractors, clients, and third parties, monitoring jeopardy reports, resolving issues, managing Section 74 charges and fixed penalties, maintaining works systems, and providing general administrative support.

Provides strategic and operational HR support across UK contract sites. Advises managers on employee relations, employment law, reward, performance, talent planning, training compliance, diversity and inclusion, TUPE transfers, acquisitions, and workforce planning. Leads HR projects, tribunal and ACAS cases, pay reviews, bonus schemes, reporting, and resource planning while coaching HR Advisors and building management capability.
