Own customer care activities across pre/during/post project phases to achieve high satisfaction scores. Resolve enquiries and complaints within one working day, conduct post-completion walk-offs, track KPIs and reports, run feedback surveys, escalate major complaints, liaise with planning and call centre teams, and manage vulnerable customers including arranging replacement gas supplies.

Lead gas design from site surveys to detailed technical drawings, ensuring CDM 2015 compliance. Liaise with clients, consultants and onsite teams, review STAT plans, maintain H&S files, mentor junior staff, attend site visits, and manage designs through client governance while keeping schemes on budget and schedule.

Design, build, and maintain Microsoft Fabric-based data pipelines, lakehouses, and warehouse solutions. Support migration of legacy systems, optimise ETL/ELT processes (PySpark, SQL, Python), enforce data quality, governance and security, support semantic models/Power BI reporting, troubleshoot platform issues, and contribute to data architecture standards and documentation.
