Coordinates streetworks activities to meet service-level agreements, permits, and customer expectations. Responsibilities include starting and closing works, processing notices and permits, maintaining accurate system records, monitoring compliance, managing third-party coordination, responding to charges and penalties, producing jeopardy reports, escalating issues, and providing call desk and administrative support.

Provide specialist health, safety, quality, and environmental advice across regional construction operations. Support site managers, employees, and contractors with CDM and legal compliance, monitor workplace performance, investigate incidents and near misses, interpret legislation, and promote best practices and lessons learned. The role requires stakeholder engagement, strong communication, attention to detail, and regional travel.

Manage compliance for thousands of plant-hire assets nationwide. Maintain accurate asset management records and documentation, coordinate servicing and maintenance with suppliers, action breakdowns within SLA timelines, raise purchase orders, process damage orders, and collaborate across departments to resolve data discrepancies. The role requires plant hire or workshop experience, strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
