Teams at Network Plus

Support regional HSEQ contract by ensuring safety and compliance, conducting inspections, investigating incidents, driving corrective actions, compiling statistics, delivering training, and coaching operational teams to improve systems and behaviour.

Handle incoming customer and client enquiries via phone, web and email; maintain and update customer databases; resolve complaints within SLAs and company KPIs; escalate issues appropriately and meet daily operational requirements.

Lead a field team responding to public-reported gas escapes: locate, make safe, repair or replace mains and services, perform testing and diagnostics, manage excavations and reinstatements, deliver tools/equipment, provide training and guidance, and participate in emergency standby duties while promoting safe, compliant working practices.
