Provide 3rd-line support and advanced maintenance for the companys IT infrastructure (virtualisation, backup, networking, Azure), resolve escalated incidents, participate in projects, improve resilience, security and service quality, and mentor junior staff.

Provide first-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, warehousing and intercompany processes. Troubleshoot and investigate issues, manage user access and permissions, document knowledge articles, advise users on processes, escalate technical defects, and collaborate with business teams to improve processes.
