Manage end-to-end recruitment across US and India, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate pipelines, offers, employer branding, and hiring-manager support. Lead the design, development, and production deployment of complex, scalable ML models. Provide technical leadership, mentor data scientists, collaborate cross-functionally, evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies, and communicate insights to executive stakeholders to drive business impact.
