Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React/Next and TypeScript. Define technical direction and architecture, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, conduct code reviews, write tests (Jest, React Testing Library), integrate with REST APIs, optimize performance, and ensure web security and documentation.

Design, build, and maintain highly scalable J2EE business applications. Implement new features and bug fixes, participate in code reviews, automate unit and system tests, optimize performance and scalability, produce documentation for training and compliance, and build BI reports using QliQ, Power BI, or Tableau. Collaborate with engineering teams and support infrastructure and process improvements. Remote U.S. work allowed with up to 5% domestic travel.

Lead external and internal financial reporting, technical accounting, and month-end close. Own audit and regulatory readiness (Money Transfer License), ERP/financial systems evolution, consolidation, and policy governance while developing and scaling the accounting organization.
