Lead complex, multi-vector fraud investigations and develop new detection methodologies. Serve as technical lead for offshore teams, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, recommend policy changes, and drive projects to prevent payment fraud and loss.

Design, develop, and maintain Spring Boot microservices in Java. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, write unit tests, troubleshoot production issues, implement security measures, work with databases, participate in code reviews, and document technical specifications.

Investigate customer claims of unauthorized transactions, billing errors, and merchant issues. Analyze transaction histories, gather evidence, execute chargebacks via card networks, ensure compliance with Regulation E/Z, document findings, meet productivity and quality targets, and escalate patterns to leadership.
