Leads AML quantitative analytics, including rule tuning, risk assessments, explainable statistical modeling, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, anomaly detection, and compliance reporting. Develops SQL and Python/R models, automated dashboards, and detailed documentation supporting model validation and regulatory examinations. Partners with Compliance, Fraud, and business teams to translate regulatory requirements into data-driven solutions and communicates complex statistical findings to senior leaders and nontechnical stakeholders.

Supports global partners and internal employees through phone, email, and chat. Handles escalations, tool navigation, process questions, partner tool setup, invoice information, fraud-related fund freezes, and ad hoc projects. Tracks issues, identifies training needs, communicates with leadership, and works flexibly across operating hours. Requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, de-escalation, attention to detail, and the ability to work onsite in Austin.

Lead the design, development, and production deployment of complex, scalable ML models. Provide technical leadership, mentor data scientists, collaborate cross-functionally, evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies, and communicate insights to executive stakeholders to drive business impact.
