Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices for enterprise-scale applications. Implement Kafka messaging, AWS services, and database interactions. Write clean, tested code, troubleshoot production issues, participate in code reviews, apply security best practices, and document technical specifications.

Lead the design, development, and production deployment of complex, scalable ML models. Provide technical leadership, mentor data scientists, collaborate cross-functionally, evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies, and communicate insights to executive stakeholders to drive business impact.

Provide timely support to global partners via calls, chats, and emails. Handle escalations, assist with partner tool navigation, pull invoice information, work fraud cases, and support ad hoc projects. Track partner issues, communicate with leadership, and collaborate with the team to cover Partner Services hours.
