Drive PLG design (self-serve onboarding, in-product education), establish design systems and patterns, work directly with enterprise customers, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to ship polished, scalable UX.

Partner with US business leaders to design and execute people strategies. Advise on org design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance and talent management, engagement, change management, and HR compliance. Drive data-informed decisions, coach managers, support scaling and integration of teams, and ensure consistent, compliant HR practices across the US organization.
