The Sales Development Representative will expand Netenders’ Italian market through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, lead management, product presentations, and relationship building. The role involves maintaining sales pipelines, meeting outreach and revenue targets, tracking activity in CRM tools, monitoring competitors, and collaborating with procurement, customer experience, and marketing teams.

Coordinate and optimize paid acquisition, CRM, SEO, and cross-channel growth initiatives across international e-commerce brands. Monitor budgets, profitability, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and marketing contribution. Build performance reports, support attribution and data-quality improvements, prioritize growth experiments, and coordinate Paid Media, CRM, SEO, creative, and e-commerce teams. The role offers a path toward broader growth leadership.

Develop and manage B2B lead generation campaigns using Lusha and CRM or email marketing platforms. Responsibilities include prospect research, database enrichment and segmentation, targeted email campaigns, automated follow-up sequences, performance monitoring, A/B testing, weekly reporting, optimization recommendations, and GDPR compliance. The role is part-time, freelance, remote-capable, and requires proven CRM, lead generation, B2B prospecting, campaign analytics, and automation experience.

Sell wholesale apparel across French-speaking countries by developing relationships, prospecting via calls and email, meeting clients in person, achieving sales targets, tracking territory performance, monitoring competitors, and reporting insights to management.

Develop, optimize and maintain React frontends and Ruby on Rails backends for e-commerce sites and an internal CMS. Manage paid acquisition and creative across four brands with a €7M/year budget. Architect and optimize Google Ads accounts, scale profitable campaigns, analyze GA4 and Excel data, write high-performing ad copy, lead visual/video creative and A/B tests, and supervise SEO to align organic and paid strategies.
