Manage a moderate portfolio of healthcare SaaS clients post-implementation as the primary contact to drive adoption, satisfaction, renewals, and upsells. Conduct business reviews, monitor client health, resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters, collaborate with Support/Product/Implementation, maintain CRM records, and support RCM/billing needs.

Senior individual contributor who designs and automates secure, scalable AWS platform foundations, CI/CD pipelines, and database performance tuning. Owns infrastructure as code (CDK/CloudFormation), GitLab CI pipelines, observability, cost optimization, security guardrails, and documentation while collaborating with Security, App Dev, and SRE teams.

Produce on-brand B2B content across blog, email, web, social, and campaign assets; apply SEO fundamentals and brand voice; collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams; manage multiple projects to meet deadlines; incorporate SME input and editorial feedback to improve content quality and performance.
