Teams at Net Health

Provide first-line application support for Net Health software: troubleshoot issues, update dependencies, create and manage cases, handle inbound calls/emails, escalate to engineering, and participate in product training. Some evening, weekend, and holiday coverage required.

Provide support to clients regarding product applications, analyze issues, troubleshoot software problems, and respond to inquiries while maintaining service level guidelines.

Manage complex accounts independently from prospecting to closing in a SaaS environment. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive sales and meet targets.
