Sell Net Health SaaS solutions via phone/email to existing and prospective clients. Drive renewals, upsells, and retention; build client relationships; mentor junior client executives; manage account plans, CRM activity, contracts, and territory planning to meet sales targets.

Perform BI and data analysis to build semantic and medallion models, validate warehouse data integrity, document data definitions and business rules, and develop/audit dashboards (Tableau/Streamlit). Partner with engineers and business stakeholders, support data governance, and participate in Agile processes while researching new analytics tools and best practices.

Manage assigned healthcare SaaS clients to drive adoption, satisfaction, retention, and growth. Provide consultative guidance, monitor usage, support onboarding and workflows, coordinate issue resolution with internal teams, identify expansion opportunities, conduct strategic reviews, and ensure compliance with licenses and service agreements.
