Conduct outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up to identify qualified opportunities, schedule meetings for Account Executives, and build sales pipeline. The role uses Salesforce and related sales tools to track activities, collaborates on territory planning and RFP responses, communicates healthcare software solutions, and supports trade show participation.

Processes sales deal requests, builds quotes, prepares contracts and proposal documents, maintains client data, and ensures compliance using Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite. Collaborates with Sales, Finance, and Legal to resolve deal questions, supports contract execution, manages assigned project tasks, and identifies workflow improvements and automation opportunities.

Provides remote product and technical support for customers using Net Health software. Responsibilities include troubleshooting application issues, researching solutions, updating software dependencies, managing email and phone cases within service-level guidelines, escalating complex issues, documenting feedback, conducting follow-ups, and participating in product training. Some evening, weekend, and holiday coverage is required.
