Conduct business reviews, monitor client health, resolve routine issues and escalate complex matters, collaborate with Support/Product/Implementation, maintain CRM records, and support RCM/billing needs.

Manage assigned healthcare SaaS clients to drive adoption, satisfaction, retention, and growth. Provide consultative guidance, monitor usage, support onboarding and workflows, coordinate issue resolution with internal teams, identify expansion opportunities, conduct strategic reviews, and ensure compliance with licenses and service agreements.

Lead product ownership and business analysis for State & Payer Solutions, translating payer policy and regulatory requirements into product and analytical specifications. Own backlogs, define epics/features/user stories, collaborate with Engineering and Data Science, validate analytics and reporting, support sales/RFPs, and mentor peers to deliver value-based care software and reporting solutions.
