Develops and maintains Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, SQL datasets, and production reporting pipelines. Manages Azure Data Factory pipelines and Databricks notebooks, validates data accuracy, troubleshoots reporting issues, and supports scheduled client deliverables. Collaborates with software engineers, product owners, and account management in an Agile/Scrum environment. Documents BI practices, data definitions, and runbooks while applying dimensional modeling, DAX, Power Query, and AI-assisted development practices.

Owns the Salesforce Experience Cloud community as a product, balancing hands-on development with roadmap and backlog ownership. Builds and deploys Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations, and Agentforce AI functionality; manages security, architecture, testing, CI/CD, and performance. Leads Agile ceremonies, defines requirements and success metrics, coordinates stakeholders, manages releases, and improves engagement, satisfaction, and case deflection.

Build and maintain Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, deployments, and production operations. Automate workflows with scripting and AI tools, troubleshoot incidents, improve security and cloud costs, document systems, and mentor engineers. The role requires Terraform, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, containers, SQL Server, observability tools, and regular use of AI assistants.
