Designs, develops, and maintains scalable end-to-end test automation frameworks using Playwright and AI-powered testing agents. Creates automated and manual test plans, integration and API tests, test environments, and reusable testing tools. Collaborates with development, QA, DevOps, and product teams throughout the software lifecycle, provides code-level feedback, analyzes risks and defects, and mentors engineers on automation practices and machine-driven testing.

Information Security Engineer responsible for Azure cloud security projects, vulnerability remediation, security operations, AI security governance, vendor risk assessments, architecture reviews, and quarterly access reviews. The role partners with development and architecture teams, evaluates AI agents and MCP servers, participates in CrowdStrike-based on-call operations, and supports post-quantum cryptography readiness. Candidates should have at least five years of security or cloud security experience and be comfortable working independently across varied security initiatives.

Provides remote product and technical support for software clients through email and phone. Responsibilities include troubleshooting application issues, researching solutions, updating software dependencies, creating and managing support cases, escalating complex problems, following service-level guidelines, documenting feedback, and participating in product training. Some evening, weekend, and holiday coverage is required.
