Oversee the organization’s accounting and financial operations, including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end close. Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and executive reporting while maintaining GAAP compliance, tax compliance, and internal controls. Lead and develop the accounting team, manage ERP systems and process improvements, and partner with leadership, tax advisors, and legal counsel on strategic financial decisions.
