The Controller oversees accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, collections, invoicing, general ledger, and month-end and year-end close. The role prepares financial statements, maintains internal controls, ensures GAAP and tax compliance, manages ERP systems, supports budgeting and forecasting, and provides executive financial reporting. The Controller leads and develops the accounting team, improves payroll and accounting processes, and partners with leadership, tax advisors, and legal counsel on financial strategy and compliance.
