The role drives architecture, coding standards, performance and reliability improvements, production issue resolution, modernization initiatives, and technical mentorship without formal people management responsibilities.

Senior Java developer responsible for designing, developing, and architecting enterprise-grade fintech data aggregation, reconciliation, and reporting systems. Collaborate with product management, participate in requirement sessions, write tiered high-quality code, integrate services, resolve complex system issues, and follow Agile/Scrum processes.

Provide first-line technical support for NeoXam SaaS products during US business hours, triage and resolve incidents, manage AWS cloud resources and monitoring, troubleshoot Java and database performance, perform deployments/patches, support cloud onboarding and migrations, and collaborate with R&D and global teams to maintain SLAs and operational reliability.
