Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, connectivity, Windows and macOS devices, Microsoft identity and endpoint tools, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, networks, and video conferencing systems. Manage user provisioning, mailbox permissions, access groups, and support tickets through Jira. Assist VIP and executive users, document solutions, maintain the knowledge base, and deliver responsive, customer-focused service.

Own the end-to-end functional product line for NeoXam’s GP investment accounting and fund administration platform. Define vision, roadmap, regulatory coverage, packaging, client governance, standard-versus-bespoke decisions, migration programs, backlog priorities, and delivery with distributed squads. Partner with engineering, sales, presales, professional services, architects, developers, and QA while managing product KPIs, modernization, AI integration, and multi-jurisdictional requirements. The role requires deep investment accounting expertise, regulatory product experience, major change delivery, and fluent French and English communication.

Lead and mentor a developer platform engineering team while designing, developing, and maintaining scalable DevOps platforms. Drive infrastructure, application CI/CD, validation, Infrastructure as Code, and Configuration as Code automation. Collaborate with product management, security, and cloud operations on platform roadmaps. Promote continuous improvement, emerging technologies, agile practices, and team enablement across SaaS products.
