Lead complex enterprise technology programs within a healthcare transformation initiative. Responsibilities include coordinating technical and business teams, managing schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, governance, reporting, and executive communications. The role drives alignment with strategic objectives, supports stakeholder decision-making and issue resolution, and oversees large-scale transformation workstreams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Coordinates pre-sales support and project administration for ELV systems. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, quotations, tenders, presentations, and compliance documents; maintaining CRM and project records; coordinating customers, vendors, contractors, sales, engineering, and project teams; tracking schedules, deliverables, approvals, risks, and dependencies; and preparing meeting minutes, status reports, and project updates. The role requires knowledge of ELV technologies, CAD drawings, technical specifications, Microsoft Office, and stakeholder coordination.

Performs manual and automated testing for web applications, including functional, integration, system, smoke, and regression testing. Prepares test cases, test data, traceability documents, and defect reports. Develops and maintains Selenium-based automation scripts, tests APIs with Postman or Swagger, validates database data using SQL, and supports Agile, SDLC, STLC, defect-management, and CI/CD processes.

Support clinical validation, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, audits, inspections, risk mitigation, workflow assessment, and validation documentation for healthcare technology applications. Collaborate with clinical, technical, and quality teams to ensure regulatory readiness, patient safety, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Performs end-to-end integration and testing for healthcare technology platforms. Responsibilities include validating healthcare and enterprise system interfaces, developing and executing test scenarios, managing defects, coordinating resolution, supporting deployment and go-live readiness, and collaborating with application, infrastructure, and business teams.

Manage IT governance, risk, and compliance programs across NIST, ISO, privacy, and security frameworks. Coordinate audits, collect evidence, track remediation, conduct IT risk assessments, and manage third-party vendor risk. Develop and improve security controls, policies, and governance processes while monitoring compliance metrics. Collaborate with IT, Security, Product, and Business stakeholders to embed compliance into operations and support continuous information security and regulatory improvements.

Build, deploy, configure, and manage enterprise Windows, Citrix, NetScaler, and WebSphere environments. Responsibilities include upgrades, patching, performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident and problem resolution, availability management, and security compliance. The engineer supports infrastructure readiness for application deployments and collaborates with architecture, application, security, and operations teams across enterprise transformation initiatives.
