Develop high-quality Rust code for Neon EVM blockchain products, resolve code and architectural bottlenecks, advise clients on technical implementation, and contribute to product designs and specifications. The role requires deep Rust, Linux, and blockchain protocol expertise, with potential use of Python and JavaScript. It is fully remote and emphasizes rigorous experimentation, research analysis, and innovative solutions.

Analyze blockchain protocols, token economics, decentralized finance ecosystems, and blockchain data. Research L1/L2 chains, DeFi, GameFi, dApps, and infrastructure providers; conduct quantitative and mathematical analyses; and produce detailed research reports and data-driven insights on Neon and emerging crypto trends.

Lead Neon EVM’s ecosystem partnership lifecycle, from identifying and evaluating Web3 applications to negotiating integrations, coordinating product deployment, supporting co-marketing, and managing ongoing relationships. Build the partnership pipeline, collaborate with engineering and marketing, gather ecosystem feedback to inform product strategy, review grants, and identify opportunities across the Neon and Solana landscapes. The role requires crypto-native knowledge, experience with Layer 1 and Layer 2 ecosystems, and strong stakeholder, negotiation, and public-speaking skills.

Create and maintain technical documentation for Neon EVM, including user, developer, API, integration, system, and operational guides. Collaborate with product managers, marketing, engineers, and subject matter experts to understand products and documentation needs. Develop tutorials, UI text, diagrams, workflows, and information architecture while improving content reuse and usability through customer feedback.

The role requires expertise in Rust, blockchain protocol design, GNU/Linux, and familiarity with Python and JavaScript. It is fully remote and emphasizes research, experimentation, innovation, and solving complex blockchain problems.

Designs, develops, maintains, and supports reliable, scalable, secure infrastructure for 24/7 blockchain systems. Responsibilities include architecture and documentation, infrastructure automation, release testing across development, staging, and production, performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering teams. The role works with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, infrastructure-as-code tools, blockchain nodes, distributed systems, and networking technologies.

Support customers integrating DApps with Neon EVM and its products. Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, manage bugs and feature requests, and communicate solutions clearly. Partner with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Sales teams to define technical requirements, design solutions, and optimize customer outcomes. The role requires software development and smart contract expertise, particularly in Solidity, Ethereum, Web3.js, cloud infrastructure, DApp architecture, and blockchain technologies.

Conduct financial, token engineering, and quantitative research on blockchain protocols, L1/L2 ecosystems, DeFi, GameFi, and emerging crypto use cases. Analyze blockchain data using SQL, Python, and crypto data platforms; evaluate mathematical designs and infrastructure providers; monitor ecosystem trends; and produce detailed, data-driven research reports and insights.
