Lead and transform global procurement and logistics for Exhaust Gas By-pass Systems: set strategy, manage and develop the procurement team, drive strategic sourcing, supplier selection and negotiation, implement procurement processes and KPIs, collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensure cost optimization, quality, sustainability, and supplier risk management.

Lead Exhaust & Diverter Solutions projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules, budgets, KPIs and suppliers, translate customer requirements into project specifications, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while reporting financial performance.

Lead quality and inspection activities from sales to production for NEM projects: define fabrication specs, create inspection and test plans, review subcontractor procedures and welding documentation, perform interim/final inspections, liaise with clients, and ensure supply chain compliance with EN and AWS standards.
