Build, test, deploy, and maintain marketplace features for Neighbor.com. Interns work as full engineering team members, collaborating with mentors and contributing to product strategy, user experience design, system architecture, experiments, data analysis, and key initiatives. Lead end-to-end paid creative for performance marketing: mine insights, build persona messaging, write direct-response copy, run creative production and UGC pipelines, collaborate with media buyer, operate testing roadmaps, and measure/optimize creative performance using AI tools.
