Manage onboarding, engagement, retention, and expansion of commercial supply partners, including parking operators and real estate portfolios. Build customer success processes, increase property listings and revenue, gather partner feedback, recommend product improvements, analyze data, and develop strategic client relationships. The role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, Marketing, and Engineering in a fast-paced startup environment.

Handles customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone; resolves payment, reservation, and advanced customer issues; assists renters with finding storage spaces; coordinates with hosts; improves listings and support resources; develops customer care processes and materials; and collaborates with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.

Manage relationships with marketplace hosts through several dozen outbound calls daily. Help hosts improve listings by creating Google Maps pins, refining photos and descriptions, optimizing pricing, and increasing reviews. Promote and manage the signage program, track performance, coach high-potential hosts, and identify process improvements that increase marketplace growth and operational efficiency.

Own end-to-end UX and product design across iOS, Android, and responsive web for a two-sided storage marketplace. Conduct user research, analyze funnels and experiments, design prototypes and product flows, improve trust and clarity, evolve the design system, collaborate with product and engineering, and mentor other designers. The role is based in Lehi, Utah, with in-person work Tuesday through Friday.

FP&A Interns will build forecasts, annual plans, and long-range financial models; analyze marketplace economics; track actuals against plan; develop budget assumptions; extract data from BI and accounting tools; present insights to leadership; prepare board materials; and research industry trends. The role is a 12-week, on-site internship in Lehi, Utah, with potential for a full-time offer after graduation.

Own paid acquisition and performance marketing across Meta, Google, emerging digital platforms, CTV, and offline channels. Manage budgets exceeding $5 million annually, optimize ROAS and revenue, build forecasts, oversee attribution and incrementality testing, and partner on creative and funnel optimization. Lead and coach three paid performance marketing leads while collaborating with Data, Finance, Product, Lifecycle, Sales, and Creative teams to scale marketplace growth.

Data Science Interns will improve production machine learning models for lifetime value, unit economics, and forecasting. They will audit models, engineer features, validate predictions, design A/B tests with Product, Marketing, and Sales, and interpret results. The role requires rigorous statistical inference, strong Python and SQL skills, clear communication, and a willingness to investigate model and data issues. Interns will work with Python, dbt, Dagster, Redshift, Athena, Cube, and Superset under mentorship.

Prospect and qualify outbound and inbound leads from small to mid-market businesses and commercial real estate owners. Build sales pipeline through cold calling, industry research, and follow-up; schedule product demonstrations; maintain accurate CRM records; support initial client onboarding; and collaborate cross-functionally to improve client success and revenue growth.
