Teams at Neighbor

Build and lead Neighbor’s partnerships channel from the ground up. Develop strategy, source and close complex enterprise and regional deals, manage affiliates and publishers, and launch API, embedded, and white-label integrations. Own channel revenue, spend, attribution, unit economics, reporting, and ROAS. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Legal, then hire and lead the partnerships team as the channel scales.

Prospect and qualify outbound and inbound leads from small to mid-market businesses and commercial real estate owners. Build sales pipeline through cold calling, industry research, and follow-up; schedule product demonstrations; maintain accurate CRM records; support initial client onboarding; and collaborate cross-functionally to improve client success and revenue growth.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Neighbor.com's marketplace. Produce high quality software and manage project priorities and deadlines.
