Lead a team of Metrics Analysts to deliver financial, resource and governance support across Systems Engineering and Operations. Produce financial modelling and reporting, standardise processes, streamline data management, and drive cross-functional collaboration (onshore/offshore) to support portfolio governance and inform senior decision-makers.

Serve as a first point of contact for employees and leaders, providing timely HR advice and managing high-volume Workday/HRIS transactions. Handle escalations, partner with specialist People & Culture teams, apply Fair Work knowledge across the employee lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement using digital tools, AI and automation to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
