Leads end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives across multiple business units. Responsibilities include project planning, requirements gathering, governance, risk and issue management, change management, executive reporting, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of multiple workstreams within budget and timelines. The role drives operational improvements for Field Services and supports strategic business outcomes through cross-functional leadership.

Leads stakeholder engagement strategies across regional and remote Australia, building trusted relationships, advocacy, awareness, and positive sentiment for nbn. Develops partnerships, communication programs, and digital inclusion initiatives; advises internal teams, strengthens engagement capability, improves processes, reduces risk, and ensures stakeholder insights influence business, products, and processes.
