Leads NAV CANADA’s national diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging portfolio, including employee resource groups, DEIB circles, governance councils, partnerships and engagement initiatives. Translates strategy into coordinated programs, governance practices and measurable outcomes; supports executive decision-making; manages events, budgets, vendors, procurement and resources; and builds relationships with employees, leaders, community groups and external partners.

Air Traffic Controllers coordinate safe air traffic flow, managing communications and ensuring safety in the airspace. Training is provided, and positions exist for both IFR and VFR controllers.

Provides electronic maintenance and technical support for complex navigation, surveillance, communications, and air traffic management systems. The trainee works onsite in a bilingual environment, receives career-long training, supports safety-critical air navigation services, troubleshoots equipment, and performs related duties. Leads CNS technical services, including team leadership, workforce planning, training, system integrity, regulatory compliance, project implementation, technology deployment, budgeting, procurement, and operational resource management. Leads multidisciplinary systems engineering teams responsible for integrating, verifying, certifying, deploying, and supporting complex Air Traffic Management systems. Designs, tests, deploys, and maintains safety- and mission-critical aviation surveillance systems. Responsibilities include developing system requirements and specifications, investigating technical issues, evaluating vendor solutions, creating test plans, managing configuration changes, documenting engineering work, and supporting system deployments. Roles require strong verbal communication, memorization, decision‑making, teamwork and resilience. Candidates must relocate within the Vancouver FIR and meet medical, security and drug‑screening requirements.

Responsible for coordinating safe, efficient air traffic flow in the Montreal Flight Information Region. Roles include Area (IFR) and Tower (VFR) controllers. NAV CANADA provides paid training (12–27 months) and on‑the‑job instruction. Candidates must be bilingual, meet medical/security/drug-screen requirements, be willing to relocate within the region, and complete a rigorous selection process including cognitive testing and assessment centre activities.
