Teams at NAV CANADA

Coordinate and monitor national network operations for Air Navigation Services, manage maintenance/releases/restorations, perform troubleshooting and remote restoral, monitor performance and security events, coordinate contractors and stakeholders, and maintain SOPs and service management activities across FIRs.

Act as the regional liaison for Safety & Quality to integrate SMS into ATS delivery. Provide guidance on hazard identification, risk management, investigations, SPI tracking, training, and corrective actions. Support regional safety reporting, coordinate data collection, and represent Safety & Quality at meetings and conferences to drive compliance and continuous improvement.

Provide administrative and office management support to Edmonton ACC management teams: prepare presentations and meeting materials, manage scheduling, travel and budgets, handle sensitive correspondence, file management, and liaise with internal/external stakeholders. Identify process improvements and ensure consistent administrative support across regions.
