Develops and delivers leadership and talent development programs, strategies, tools, and resources. Partners with senior leaders and internal stakeholders on organizational effectiveness, employee experience, performance management, succession planning, leadership coaching, facilitation, and learning initiatives. Conducts research, prepares recommendations for executives, and provides consultation to support organizational culture and continuous improvement.

Leads the strategy, integration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of learning technologies and simulation systems supporting NAV CANADA operational training. Manages technology-enabled learning projects, change initiatives, policies, budgets, stakeholder relationships, and a team of specialists. Ensures training technologies align with operational requirements, competency-based learning principles, certification objectives, emerging trends, and organizational priorities.

Supports pension investment processes through performance and risk calculations, portfolio monitoring, investment research, due diligence, liquidity management, manager oversight, database maintenance, and reporting. The analyst evaluates markets, strategies, valuations, and investment risks while preparing analysis for senior management and the Pension Committee. The role also involves foreign exchange trades, external investment relationships, and improving analytical tools.
