Provides regional learning quality services by coaching instructors, facilitating subject-matter experts, and designing, delivering, evaluating, and validating training programs. The role researches adult-learning practices, leads training projects, supports development teams, advises staff on learning solutions, and ensures training aligns with organizational standards and policies. It requires bilingual English and French communication, extensive training experience, project management, and strong facilitation and coaching skills.

Provides regional learning quality services for technology training programs. Oversees learner progression, counsels students, coaches instructors, facilitates subject-matter experts, and manages training design, development, delivery, evaluation, and validation. Leads projects using the Systems Approach to Training or ADDIE, researches adult-learning practices, supports training teams, and recommends solutions to learning challenges. The role is bilingual in English and French, hybrid with at least three days onsite weekly, and requires occasional national travel.

Provides HR and labour relations guidance in a highly unionized environment. Advises leaders, employees, and union representatives on collective agreements, grievances, investigations, performance and attendance management, conflict resolution, policies, and employment legislation. Supports HR programs, organizational initiatives, workplace investigations, and recommendations while partnering with Centres of Excellence. The role is hybrid with at least four days onsite weekly and requires bilingual English-French communication.
