Teams at NAV CANADA

Install, support and maintain complex electronic Air Navigation System (ANS) equipment including navigation, surveillance, communications and air traffic management systems. Perform electronic installation and maintenance, troubleshoot systems, follow safety and security requirements, and participate in assigned training. Some travel required; training and career development provided.

Provide L&D consultation across leadership and development: analyze needs, design/deliver/evaluate training and succession programs, manage vendors and budgets, maintain learning intranet, and support continuous improvement.

Lead a national team delivering secure network and IT/OT infrastructure services. Develop strategy, roadmaps, SLAs, standards and vendor contracts; manage service delivery, performance, availability, change, disaster recovery, budgets, and stakeholder engagement for a 24/7 operation.
