Serve as primary liaison and Tier 1 resolver for instrument and assay issues. Triage and track support requests in Jira, perform basic hardware/software/fluidic troubleshooting, coordinate assay execution and data review, maintain complaint-handling and quality processes, create troubleshooting guides and KB articles, and support scalable support processes and cross-functional communication to improve instrument uptime and product reliability.

Build and own major features of a cloud-based Discovery Platform: full-stack development from interactive UIs to backend data systems, collaborate with bioinformatics teams, drive architecture and reliability, mentor engineers, and incorporate AI-assisted development practices.

Lead and mentor bioinformatics teams, collaborate with R&D and product teams, ensure data analysis delivery, and drive corporate strategy.
