Manage cost accounting processes, oversee inventory valuation, perform month-end close, and collaborate with operations to improve efficiency and profitability. Develop cost accounting systems and maintain compliance with GAAP.

Transfer biochemical reagents, proteins, antibodies, and sequencing assays from R&D to commercial manufacturing. Develop scale-up studies, optimize formulations and processes, author SOPs and batch records, establish QC criteria, perform root-cause analysis, and support production issues. Conduct hands-on reagent formulation, antibody conjugation, analytical sample preparation, and process validation while coordinating supply chain, vendors, project timelines, and technology transfer activities.

Manages cross-functional biotechnology product development projects from concept through commercial launch. Responsibilities include defining scope, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables; coordinating R&D, Product, Manufacturing, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Service teams; communicating status to leadership; resolving resource and delivery issues; and owning integrated launch readiness, handoffs, change control, and post-launch support planning.
